His involvement from the supervisory levels in the hand-made felt industry to being instrumental in putting up the fasting growing Felt plant in India has given him a long list of credit to his name. Is involved in handling the entire technical aspects of the Pugalia Woollen Mills Pvt. Ltd and is the ‘felt-thumb’ of the Organisation.

Sanjay K Pugalia, 37 M.Com, M.B.A. has been the key executioner of the Greenfield project of Pugalia Woollen Mills P. Ltd., and has been involved in all the aspects of its growth. His Marketing strengths and and in-depth knowledge of the felting products and their applications has helped the Organization in constantly developing newer products. Currently Sanjay Pugalia looks after the Marketing of the product to Industrial customers, Finance and export efforts of PWMPL and brings along with him seamless energy, capacity to work hard and an attitude to learn and absorb better methods. His consent to accept the post of Chief Executive Officer is keeping the management team highly motivated
