Note 1
The common thickness of felts are 1.5, 3, 6,10,13,16,19,22 & 25 mm
Note 2
The requirements of tensile strength and splitting resistance are recomandatory.
These requirements shall be determined, if specifically agreed between the buyer
and the seller. Further, the splitting resistance shall not be determained in case
of felts having thickness of 6 mm and below.
Note 3
No negative tolerance shall be permitted in length of felt.

Note 1

Note 2
The splitting resistance shall not be determined in case of felts having thicknessof 6mm & below Note 3 No negative tolerance shall be permitted on length of felt.
Note 3
However, a tolerance of +/- 2 percent shall be permitted on width.
